Start free, pay when it pays off

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's pages and never reach our servers. Invoices and payment methods live in the billing portal you reach from the panel.

Ten months instead of twelve: $200 a year for Standard, $500 for Pro and $1,000 for Premium. You can switch between monthly and yearly from the subscription page.

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are charged pro rata; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you already paid for, after which the account moves to the Free plan.

Nothing is deleted. A sync stops at the product limit and reports the run as partial, with how many products it read and imported; sources and feeds above the limit of a lower plan are paused until you are back within it, then resumed. For Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and BigCommerce you see the store's size against your plan before the first import.

No. A plan's price is the whole price of the plan: there are no modules to add and no fees per channel, country, feed or order, and reaching a limit never changes your bill. AI credit packs are the only extra, and only when you choose to buy one.

Not inside a period you have paid for. If we change a price or a limit, it reaches you at your next renewal at the earliest, and we tell the account's managers at least 30 days ahead, so you can cancel first if you disagree. A change that only gives you more may apply at once.

Yes, on a paid plan. The setup checklist on the dashboard offers it: tell us the channel and where your products are, and someone from our team opens your account, sets up the first feed and lets you know when it is ready. It is free of charge and meant for the first feed of an account.

The Product API and the MCP server for AI agents, the analytics sources (Google Analytics 4, Shopify Analytics, Google Merchant Center and Google Search Console), instant updates from Shopify and WooCommerce stores, instant price and stock updates in Merchant Center, and your own name and logo on scheduled reports. Store connectors, scheduled rules, wording checks, link parameters and the reports themselves are part of every plan.

Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies; businesses in the EU with a valid VAT ID are charged under the reverse-charge rule. FeedManager is sold to businesses only.

Monthly plans are not refunded for part of a period — cancel and you keep the plan until it ends. A yearly plan can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment, and an AI credit pack's unused credits within 14 days of the purchase. We always refund a charge made in error.

Each AI action costs a fixed number of credits — for example 2 for a Google category, 3 for a title and 5 for a description on a model at the base rate; cheaper models cost less and premium models more. Paid plans include 2,000 to 20,000 credits a month, which expire at the end of the month, and Free starts with 200. Packs of 10,000 ($25), 50,000 ($99) or 150,000 ($249) credits last 365 days. Nothing is charged for answers that failed or weren't usable.
