Integrations

Connect any store, file or API

Every source ends up in the same normalized catalog, so your rules and feeds work the same way whatever the products came from.

E-commerce platforms

Read products and variants straight from your store, with read-only credentials you create yourself. The nine store connectors are part of every plan, the Free plan included.

Shopify

Free and up

Products and variants through the Admin GraphQL API, with bulk operations for large stores — plus collections, metafields, Shopify's category as a Google category, SEO texts, unit prices and video. Between daily full reads only changed products are read; instant updates on Pro and above.

How to connect
  1. In the Shopify admin (Settings → Apps → Develop apps), create an app for the store.
  2. Give it the read-only scopes read_products and read_inventory, then install it.
  3. Paste the Admin API access token — or the app's client ID and secret — into FeedManager.
  4. Choose what to read — only products on the Online Store, metafields and their namespaces, stock per location, cost per item — and see the store's size before the first sync.

  2. Add a key with Read permission.
  3. Paste the consumer key and secret into FeedManager.

  1. In the T-Soft panel, open the web service (API) settings.
  2. Create a web service user that may read products.
  3. Enter the store URL, user and password in FeedManager.

Shopify Analytics

Pro+ Enrichment

Adds net items sold and net sales per variant for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, counted by Shopify across all sales channels — only totals are read, never orders or customers.

How to connect
  1. Give the app behind your Shopify connection the read_reports scope and, as Shopify requires for analytics, level 2 access to protected customer data.
  2. Add a Shopify Analytics source on that connection and choose the period.
  3. Choose what matches your products — variant ID, SKU or product ID; sales then come from Shopify, views still from Google Analytics.

Files and spreadsheets

Any XML, CSV or JSON file your store, ERP or supplier can produce — over HTTPS, FTP, FTPS or SFTP.

XML file

Free and up

Any XML feed by URL — you pick the element that repeats per product; namespaces are handled.

How to connect
  1. Add a source of type XML and paste the address (HTTPS, FTP, FTPS or SFTP).
  2. Tell FeedManager which element repeats per product, for example /rss/channel/item.
  3. Map the fields with the preview and save; syncs run on your schedule.

CSV or TSV file

Free and up

Delimited files by URL or upload; delimiter, quoting, encoding and number format are detected.

How to connect
  1. Add a source of type CSV and paste the address, or upload the file.
  2. Check the detected delimiter and encoding — override them if needed.
  3. Map the columns with the preview and save.

JSON file

Free and up

JSON documents by URL; you choose the path to the product list.

How to connect
  1. Add a source of type JSON and paste the address.
  2. Set the path to the list of products, for example data.products.
  3. Map the fields with the preview and save.

FTP, FTPS and SFTP

Free and up

Files on a file server, with a password or an SSH private key. Credentials are stored encrypted.

How to connect
  1. Add a connection with the login (or private key) for the server.
  2. Add an XML, CSV or JSON source with an ftp://, ftps:// or sftp:// address.
  3. Pick the connection on the source and test it.

File upload

Free and up

Upload a product file by hand when there is no address to fetch — upload again to update it.

How to connect
  1. Add a source of type Upload and choose your XML, CSV or JSON file.
  2. Map the fields with the preview.
  3. Upload a new file whenever the catalog changes.

Supplemental file

Free and up

An XML, CSV or JSON file, upload or Google Sheet that changes or adds fields of products you already have — an ERP price and stock file, a sheet of custom labels, better titles. It never adds products.

How to connect
  1. Under "Add data to existing products", pick the file type and the product sources it adds to.
  2. Choose what rows match on — product id, SKU, GTIN, MPN or item group — and a priority if several files set the same field.
  3. Map the match column and the columns to change; the preview shows each row's product and what would change.

Google

Sheets as a product source; Google Analytics 4, Merchant Center and Search Console for per-product performance, Google's approval status and search queries.

Google Sheets

Free and up

A tab of a spreadsheet as a product source — public, or shared with your own service account.

How to connect
  1. Add a Google Sheets source and paste the sheet address and tab name.
  2. For a private sheet, add a Google service-account connection and share the sheet with its email as Viewer.
  3. Map the columns with the preview and save.

Google Sheets documentation

Google Analytics 4

Pro+ Enrichment

  2. Add a Google Analytics source and pick the property from the list.
  3. Choose which field matches your products (id, SKU, item group or GTIN) and use the numbers in rules.

How to connect
  1. Add a Google account connection, tick Merchant Center and click Sign in with Google.
  2. Add a Merchant Center source and pick the account from the ones your Google user can open.
  3. Choose which field matches your products (id, SKU, item group or GTIN); statuses are read daily.

Google Merchant Center documentation

Google Search Console

Pro+ Enrichment

Adds clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position in Google Search per product page, and the ten most clicked search queries — for the last 7, 28 or 90 days.

How to connect
  1. Add a Google account connection, tick Search Console and click Sign in with Google (read-only access).
  2. Add a Search Console source and pick the property — a domain property or a URL prefix — and the period.
  3. Pages are matched to products by their link; use the numbers in rules, filters and tags.

Google Search Console documentation

Push

Send products to us from your own systems instead of letting us fetch them.

Product API

Pro+

Push up to 1,000 products per request from your own systems — upsert and delete, with idempotency keys.

How to connect
  1. Create a Product API source in the panel and an API key on the API Access page.
  2. POST your products to /v1/sources/{id}/products/batch with the key as a bearer token.
  3. Poll the batch for its status and any per-item errors.

Store changes in minutes, not at the next full sync

Between full reads, scheduled syncs of Shopify and WooCommerce stores read only the products the store changed since the last read — on every plan, at your plan's sync interval. A full read still runs once a day, on every Sync Now and after you change the mapping; tick Always read everything on a source if you prefer every sync to be a full read.

With Instant updates (Pro and above) the store tells FeedManager when a product changes, and that product is read again about a minute later. On Shopify, switching it on adds three webhooks to the store; on WooCommerce you add a webhook with the address and secret FeedManager shows you. Feeds rebuild afterwards, never more often than your plan's interval.

You see the store's size before the first import

For Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and BigCommerce, FeedManager asks the store how many products and variants it has and compares that with the room your plan has left — each variant counts as one product. A store that doesn't fit is imported only after you tick Import only what fits, and the notice names the smallest plan the whole store fits in.

Beta connectors

A connector marked Beta is built to the platform's documentation but not yet verified against a live store of that kind. It works the same way as any other connector — we just want to hear from you if something looks off, and we fix it quickly.

Don't see your platform?

Almost every store can export XML or CSV, and that is a first-class source here — scheduled, validated and transformed like any API connector. If you'd rather have a direct connector, write to [email protected] and tell us which one.

Connect your store in a few minutes

Create a free account, connect your store or a file and see your products normalized right away.

Private beta — accounts by invitation.
