About

Built by people who run product feeds

FeedManager is made by Optimal Technologies, a small software company that has spent years fixing other people's product data.

Why we built it

Every merchant who advertises hits the same wall. The shop's export is nearly right: titles too long for Google, categories that mean nothing to Meta, prices without VAT, out-of-stock products still listed, a supplier file that arrives half-written on a Tuesday. The fixes end up in spreadsheets, scripts and someone's memory — and they break quietly.

FeedManager exists so that those fixes live in one place, run automatically, and survive the next sync. You connect a source, shape the data with rules you can read, and every channel gets a file it accepts. When something does go wrong — a truncated file, a rejected item — you hear about it before your ad account does.

How we work

  • Honest about limits. Beta connectors are marked Beta. We hold no security certifications and say so. The Free plan is a real plan, not a countdown.
  • Careful with credentials. Read-only keys, encrypted storage, no secret ever shown twice. Your catalog is yours; we do not sell it, mine it or train models on it.
  • Built for the boring days. The interesting engineering here is what happens when a source breaks, a channel changes its rules, or a catalog grows tenfold.
  • Close to the merchants we serve. Shopify and WooCommerce as a matter of course, and Ticimax, ikas, IdeaSoft and T-Soft because the shops around us run on them.
