These terms explain what a FeedManager subscription and AI credit packs cost, how they are charged, how to cancel and when money is returned. They are part of our Terms of Service; where the two disagree, the Terms decide. FeedManager is sold to businesses only.
1. Plans and prices
The plans and their prices are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. Yearly billing costs ten months instead of twelve.
The Free plan costs nothing, has no time limit and needs no payment card.
A plan's price is the whole price of the plan. There are no add-on modules and no fees per channel, country, feed or order, and reaching a limit never changes what you pay: a sync imports what fits and tells you, and nothing upgrades by itself. AI credit packs (section 7) are the only extra, and only when you choose to buy one.
Enterprise plans are agreed individually and may be invoiced outside the process below.
Every plan includes a number of AI credits, which pay for the AI features; credit packs add more (section 7).
2. How you are charged
- Paid plans are billed in advance, for the month or the year you are entering.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's pages; they never reach our servers, and we store only what Stripe tells us (the card's last digits, expiry and brand).
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period until it is cancelled.
- Invoices, payment methods and the billing address are managed in the billing portal linked from your account's subscription page. Invoices are issued by Optimal Technologies LLC
3. VAT and taxes
VAT or the equivalent local tax is added at checkout where it applies, based on the country and details you give. Businesses in the EU with a valid VAT ID are charged under the reverse-charge rule and pay the net price. You are responsible for the accuracy of the tax details you enter.
4. Changing plan
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You pay the difference for the rest of the period, calculated pro rata.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is deleted: anything above the smaller plan's limits is paused until you are within them again. The one exception is images made with Creative Studio (an Enterprise feature): when a plan without it takes effect, its creative sets pause and their images keep serving for 30 days — we remind you 7 days before — and are then deleted. The sets and templates stay, and draw the images again if the feature returns.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; until then the plan keeps working. After that the account moves to the Free plan, your data stays, and anything above the Free limits is paused rather than deleted (Creative Studio images excepted, as described in section 4).
Closing an account cancels the subscription at the end of the paid period as well. Closed accounts can be reopened for 30 days, after which their data is deleted — see the Privacy Policy.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days and we show a warning in the panel. If the payment is not recovered, the subscription ends and the account moves to the Free plan. Feeds and sources above the Free limits are paused, not deleted, and start again when you subscribe.
7. AI credit packs
- What they are: a pack is a one-time purchase of AI credits — Starter (10,000 credits), Growth (50,000) or Scale (150,000), at the prices on the pricing page. It is not a subscription and does not renew. VAT is added as described in section 3.
- Who can buy: an Account's managers, on any plan, from the AI credits page in the panel. Payment goes through Stripe like a subscription; the credits are added once Stripe confirms the payment.
- How long they last: 365 days from the purchase. The expiry date is fixed when you buy and shown next to the pack; we never shorten it. We remind the Account's managers 30, 7 and 1 day before credits expire. Credits that expire are not refunded.
- Which credits are used first: the plan's monthly credits (they expire at the end of the month), then your packs, the one that expires first first.
- What a credit pays for: each AI action costs a fixed number of credits, shown before every run. Nothing is charged for an answer that failed, was skipped or wasn't usable, and those credits go back to the pack they came from.
- Plan changes and cancellation: bought credits stay with the Account when you change plan or cancel the subscription, until they expire. They are deleted with the Account (section 5).
- Larger amounts than the biggest pack are invoiced on request — write to us.
8. Refunds
- Monthly plans: part of a month is not refunded. Cancel and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Yearly plans: if you cancel within 14 days of the first yearly payment, we refund it in full. After that, the year is not refunded, and the cancellation applies at the end of the period.
- AI credit packs: within 14 days of the purchase, we refund the unused part of the pack pro rata — for example, $15 of a $25 pack with 6,000 of its 10,000 credits left — and remove those credits. After 14 days, and for credits that have expired, there is no refund.
- Charges made in error: always refunded in full, as soon as we can.
- If we end the service for convenience, we refund the unused part of what you have paid, including unused credits of packs, as described in the Terms.
- Refunds go back to the payment method that was charged, through Stripe.
Because FeedManager is sold to businesses, consumer withdrawal rights do not apply. If you are unsure whether something should be refunded, write to us — we would rather sort it out than argue about it.
9. Changes to prices and limits
We may change the price or the limits of a plan. When we do:
- Nothing changes inside a period you have already paid for. The change reaches a paid subscription at its next renewal at the earliest — the next month for monthly billing, the next year for yearly billing.
- We tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, by email to the account's managers. If you do not agree, you can cancel before that renewal (section 5).
- A change that only gives you more — a higher limit, a new feature, a lower price — may apply at once.
