Product ad images that keep up with your prices

Put the discount, the old and new price, your logo and a campaign line on every product image — drawn from a template in 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16. When a price changes or a sale ends, the image follows, and a feed never publishes one that no longer matches the product.

Enterprise plan The template gallery previews your own products on every plan.

How it works

From a template to every product in four steps

  1. 1 Set up your brand kit

Your brand name, five colours, a heading and a body font, the price format and up to three logos. Every template reads them, so gallery designs look like yours without editing.

  2. 2 Pick a template

Use one from the gallery, customize a copy, or design your own in the builder.

  3. 3 Create a creative set

The template, your campaign texts and colours, the products — sources and the same conditions as feed filters, with a live count — the sizes and JPEG or PNG. FeedManager draws one image per product and size.

  4. 4 Use it in a feed

Map a feed field to the set, for example image_link to {creative.summer_sale.4x5}. Feeds that use it rebuild once the images are ready.

One design, three sizes

Every template is laid out for the square feed size, the taller mobile feed size and full-screen Stories, Reels and TikTok.

  • 1:1 — 1080 × 1080 pixels, 4:5 — 1080 × 1350, 9:16 — 1080 × 1920. A set draws all three by default, or the ones you choose.
  • In 9:16, texts stay inside the safe zone that Meta's and TikTok's buttons and captions leave free.
  • Long titles shrink to fit their box, then end with "…" — never cut off mid-letter.

Always current

An ad never shows yesterday's price

A designed image goes stale the moment a price changes. FeedManager checks every image against the product before a feed publishes it.

  • Each image carries a fingerprint of everything it shows: its texts, the formatted prices, which layers are visible, the product photos, the template and the brand kit.
  • A feed writes the image only while its fingerprint matches the product now. Otherwise it writes the product photo — or nothing, if you prefer — until the new image is drawn.
  • Only what changed is drawn again: a new price redraws that product, a new description redraws nothing it doesn't show.
  • Sets redraw by themselves two minutes after a sync, a Product API batch or a brand kit change, and when a scheduled sale starts or ends.
  • Discounts are whole percentages rounded down, from the prices themselves: a 29.76% reduction reads 29%, never 30%.

In your feeds

Creative images in any feed field

Pick Creative images in a feed's field picker, or type the placeholder in a mapping, a rule or a filter.

  • {creative.<key>.<size>} — the set's key and a size it draws. Saving refuses anything else, so a typo can't publish empty images.
  • Set the fallback to nothing, and a filter such as creative.summer_sale.4x5 is not empty publishes only the products that have a current image.
  • A set a feed reads can't be deleted by accident, and its key and those sizes stay fixed.
  • Keep them out of Google Merchant Center: Google doesn't allow prices, promotional text or overlays on product images — main, additional or lifestyle — and FeedManager warns when a Google feed's main image comes from a set. Meta, TikTok and Pinterest catalog ads are where they belong.

Design

Your brand, your layouts

Start from the gallery and make it yours — or build a template from scratch in an editor that shows exactly what will be published.

Brand kit

  • Primary, secondary, accent, text and background colours.
  • Heading and body fonts from eleven open-licence families — Inter, Roboto, Montserrat, Poppins, Open Sans, Noto Sans, Oswald, Bebas Neue, Archivo Black, Playfair Display and DM Serif Display.
  • Prices in the number format of 17 languages, with a symbol, a code, "TL", your own label or none, and the discount written as 30%, %30 or -30%.
  • A logo, one for dark and one for light backgrounds; without one, templates write your brand name.

Template builder

  • The canvas is the server's own drawing, so what you see is what gets published.
  • Layers for product photos, texts with product fields, prices, badges, shapes, logos, pictures and star ratings — each can show only when a condition holds, such as a discount of 20% or more.
  • Snapping guides, undo and redo, keyboard nudging, 9:16 safe zones and Adapt from 1:1 for the other sizes.
  • Publish checks every size; the last 20 versions can be restored, and sets move to a new version only when you say so.

Assets and texts

  • Upload logos, backgrounds, patterns and frames as PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 5 MB each.
  • Every upload is re-encoded: no camera or location data, only pixels, reaches the image server.
  • Campaign texts and colours are the set's own, so one template serves many campaigns — and a text can use product fields, like "Only {brand}".
  • Turkish capitals are written correctly (i → İ), and characters a font lacks, such as ₺, are drawn with a matching fallback font.

Use cases

What merchants put on their product images

Catalog ads

Advantage+ catalog ads on Facebook and Instagram, TikTok catalog ads and Pinterest shopping ads: one image per product, updated with the catalog.

Sales and price drops

The old price struck through next to the new one and a discount badge that shows only while the sale runs.

Two photos of one product

Model and packshot, or front and side, next to each other with a brand bar — for products that have a second photo.

Campaign offers

Buy 2 pay 1, tiered discounts, a coupon code or a free-shipping pill in the campaign's own words and colours.

Lifecycle segments

Back in stock, bestseller and new arrival badges for the products in a tag such as Back in stock or Best sellers.

Emails

The Klaviyo catalog feed can carry the image too, so product blocks in emails show the campaign price.

Delivery

Served fast, easy to take anywhere

An image server behind a CDN

Images are served from cdn.feedmanager.org through Cloudflare. Each has its own unguessable address that changes whenever the picture changes, so ad platforms always fetch the new one, and a replaced image stays online for seven days.

Downloads

Download a set as ZIP files — every size or one — with a folder per size and a creatives.csv list, up to 5,000 images per file. Or download every image's address as CSV.

API and webhook

Read sets, their runs and each product's image addresses — with a flag that says whether the image still matches the product — start a render, and get a creatives.rendered webhook when a run draws or removes images.

Alerts and quotas

An alert when a render fails or too many products couldn't be drawn, and when 80% of the month's renders are used. Within the quota, the most viewed products are drawn first.

A product whose photo is missing, broken, too small or unreachable gets no image — never one with a hole in it. The set's page lists these products with the reason, and feeds use their product photo.

Plans

Part of the Enterprise plan

Creative Studio comes with Enterprise, with limits agreed for your catalog: creative sets, your own templates, renders a month and stored images.

  • A render is one image written — one product in one size. Previews and products that couldn't be drawn don't count. A 50,000-product catalog in three sizes is 150,000 images.
  • Every plan can open the gallery and preview the templates with its own products and brand kit.
  • Leaving Enterprise pauses the sets. Their images keep serving and feeds keep using them for 30 days, with a reminder a week before; then the images are deleted and feeds use the product photos. Coming back resumes the sets and draws what is missing.
  • No generative AI: images are drawn from your product data, your brand kit and your templates — nothing is invented.

Questions about Creative Studio

Where can I use the images?

In any feed field. They are made for catalog ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and Pinterest, where they can be the main image, and for email tools that read a catalog feed, such as Klaviyo. Keep them out of Google Merchant Center feeds: Google's image rules don't allow prices, promotional text or overlays on the main, additional or lifestyle images, and FeedManager warns you if a Google feed's main image comes from a creative set.

What happens when a price changes or a sale ends?

The feed notices at once: it only writes an image whose content still matches the product, and falls back to the product photo (or nothing, if you chose that) until the new image is drawn. The set redraws the changed products two minutes after the sync, and at the moment a scheduled sale starts or ends; feeds that use it rebuild once the images are ready.

Does Creative Studio use AI?

No. Images are drawn by FeedManager's own renderer from your product data, your brand kit and your template, so the same data always gives the same picture. Nothing is generated or invented.

Which sizes and file formats are there?

Three sizes, each 1080 pixels wide: 1:1 (1080 × 1080), 4:5 (1080 × 1350) and 9:16 (1080 × 1920) for Stories, Reels and TikTok. Each set draws JPEG files, or PNG if you prefer crisp flat colours.

What if a product has no second photo or its photo is broken?

It gets no image rather than one with a gap: the set's page lists it with the reason (a missing, broken, unreachable or too small photo, or a field the template needs), and feeds use its product photo. Products that failed are tried again on the next run.

Which plan includes Creative Studio?

The Enterprise plan, with the number of sets, templates, monthly renders and stored images agreed for your catalog. On every other plan you can open the gallery and preview each template with your own products and brand kit.

Can I use my own fonts?

Not in this version. The brand kit offers eleven open-licence font families, chosen so that every character — Turkish letters and the ₺ sign included — is drawn correctly. Your logos, backgrounds and other pictures can be uploaded as PNG, JPEG or WebP.
