How it works
FeedManager is a product feed management platform for e-commerce. It imports products from store platforms, files and an API, improves them with rules and AI, and publishes feeds in 25 channel formats — Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft Advertising, price comparison sites and more.
Add a store platform, a file URL, a Google Sheet or push products through the Product API. FeedManager reads the catalog, maps the fields and keeps it in sync on a schedule.
Rewrite titles, map categories, add VAT, build custom labels and leave out the products a channel shouldn't see — or let AI fill categories, attributes and better titles. All without touching your store.
Each feed gets its own address on our CDN. Channels fetch it on their schedule; FeedManager rebuilds it after every sync and tells you if something breaks.
Rules, not spreadsheets
Your store stays untouched. Switch a rule on to see what the channel receives — this is the same before/after preview you get in FeedManager.
No rules applied — this is your store's data
Left out of the feed — the channel never sees an out-of-stock product.
One product of 42 in this example feed. Rules run on every product, in order, with optional conditions.
AI, on your terms
Missing categories, empty colour fields, titles nobody rewrote since launch: AI fills them as suggestions you review. Approved values sit next to your data — never over it — and reach only the feeds that ask for them.
Google product categories from the official taxonomy, and colour, size, gender, material and more from your own text and images.
Rewritten per channel profile in your brand voice, checked for length and promotional claims, and translated into six languages.
Placeholders, promotional overlays, images that are too small or show the wrong product — found before a channel disapproves them.
Describe the change and get rules, mappings or a custom-label scheme in the editor, ready to review and save.
A free report of what your products are missing, ranked by the products that get views — with the action that fixes each gap.
Every plan includes AI credits. The exact cost is shown before a run, and nothing is charged for answers that weren't usable.
What you get
Store platforms, files over HTTPS, FTP and SFTP, Google Sheets, uploads and the Product API — normalized into one catalog, with supplemental files on top.
Templates, find & replace, regex, maths, lookup tables, case and length fixes, custom labels — each with its own condition.
Required fields and allowed values are checked while the feed is built. Invalid items are listed with the reason instead of quietly breaking your ads.
Sync and rebuild on a schedule down to every 30 minutes, with a rebuild after every sync. Rules switch on and off on campaign dates, and on Pro, Shopify and WooCommerce report changes at once.
Connect Google Analytics 4, Shopify Analytics and Search Console and use views, sales, revenue and search clicks per product in rules, tags and custom labels.
Several accounts per user, manager and user roles, invitations, an activity log of every change — and a weekly or monthly PDF report for your client.
Product tags
Tag products by hand for a campaign, or let a rule find your best sellers, zombie products and price drops. Tags survive every sync and work in every feed.
Creative Studio · Enterprise
The discount, the old and new price and your logo on every product image, drawn from a template for Meta, TikTok and Pinterest catalog ads — and redrawn when a price changes.
Google Merchant Center
A feed is only half the job: Google still checks your products, your pages and your store. FeedManager shows what Google decided, checks what it will find, and runs your promotions.
Which products Google approved or disapproved and why, with the fix one click away and an alert when approvals drop — and price and stock changes sent to Google within minutes.
A daily sample of product pages compared with your feed — price, currency, stock — and a weekly store-trust checklist against misrepresentation.
Percent off, amount off, free shipping and free gifts as Google promotions, linked to a tag's products and published with your feeds.
Built for real feeds
Merchant feeds fail in the same few ways. FeedManager is built so that a bad day at the source never becomes a bad day in your ad account.
A sync that sees far fewer products than the last good run stops and reports instead of removing products.
Channels keep fetching the previous valid feed while you fix the problem — and you get a notification.
Over-limit feeds and sources are paused until you are back within the plan, then resumed. Your data stays.
Each save of a feed is a revision: see the difference and restore an earlier version in one click.
The output
Channel templates fill in the field names, formats and required values. Need something else? Build your own XML, CSV, TSV, JSON or NDJSON, with your element names, namespaces and delimiters.

Customers can connect Google Analytics 4 to see how their products perform — views,
add-to-carts, purchases and revenue per product — and use those numbers in their feeds and rules.
They connect with Sign in with Google, which asks only for read-only access to
Google Analytics (analytics.readonly) and the account's email address.
Customers can also connect Google Merchant Center to see which of their products Google
approved or disapproved and why, and the issues of their Merchant Center account. On the connection
they choose what FeedManager may read, and Google asks only for that. Google's Merchant API has no
read-only permission (content), so Google's consent screen speaks of managing product
listings. FeedManager only reads with it, with one exception that the customer switches on for a
feed: instant price and stock updates.

else.We are also adding Sign in with Google for the panel: it will ask only for your name, email address and profile picture, to create your FeedManager user and sign you in — no access to Gmail, Drive or any other Google service.
FeedManager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Questions
A product feed is a file — XML, CSV or JSON — that lists your products with the attributes an advertising channel needs: id, title, description, link, image, price, availability, brand and identifiers such as GTIN. Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok and other channels fetch that file on a schedule and use it to build shopping ads and catalogs.
25 ready-made templates: Google Merchant Center and Google Local Inventory, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, Microsoft Merchant Center, Criteo, Awin, Klaviyo and ChatGPT (OpenAI); price comparison sites Akakçe, Cimri, idealo, Kelkoo, PriceRunner, Prisjakt / PriceSpy, Skroutz, Heureka, Zboží.cz and Ceneo; Fruugo and a Marketplace XML preset. Fully custom XML, CSV, TSV, JSON and NDJSON cover everything else. Each template knows the channel's required fields and allowed values, so problems show up in FeedManager instead of in the channel.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento / Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, PrestaShop, Ticimax, ikas, IdeaSoft and T-Soft; XML, CSV and JSON files over HTTPS, FTP, FTPS or SFTP; file uploads; Google Sheets; and our Product API for pushing products directly. The store connectors are part of every plan, the Free plan included. Google Analytics 4, Shopify Analytics, Google Merchant Center and Google Search Console can be connected to add per-product performance figures, Google's approval status and search queries.
Yes, as suggestions you review. AI can fill Google product categories and missing attributes, rewrite titles and descriptions, translate into six languages, check images, suggest mappings and write rules from plain language. Approved values sit next to your source data — never over it — and a feed uses them only where you map them. It runs on prepaid credits: every plan includes some, and the exact cost is shown before each run.
No. Connecting a store takes a URL and a read-only key, and every transformation — renaming titles, mapping categories, adding VAT, excluding products — is set up in forms with a live preview of the result. On a paid plan you can also ask our team to set up your first feed, free of charge. The Product API is there for teams that prefer to push their catalog from their own systems.
As often as your plan allows: every 24 hours on Free, every 6 hours on Standard, hourly on Pro and every 30 minutes on Premium. Feeds are also rebuilt automatically after a source sync, so a price or stock change in your store reaches the channels without anyone clicking anything. On Pro and above, Shopify and WooCommerce stores can report a change at once, and a Google feed can send price and stock changes to Merchant Center within minutes, ahead of the file.
Nothing is deleted. If a sync sees far fewer products than the last good run, or the file is truncated, FeedManager stops and reports the run as partial instead of removing products from your catalog. A failed feed build keeps the previous file online, so channels keep fetching a valid feed.
Yes. Each variant is a separate product in the catalog, because that is how channels expect variants to be sent. The same product imported from two sources counts twice.
There is a Free plan — 500 products, one source (a store connector or a file) and one feed, 200 AI credits to try the AI features, no credit card and no time limit. It is the trial: paid plans start at $20 a month, and you can upgrade or cancel at any time.
